Ojas oatmeal date pancakes (Vegan & gluten-free)


  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 2 teaspoons Ojas Cinnamon Cardamom 



Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine wet ingredients separately in another bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, stirring to integrate. Stir in the chopped dates last.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup batter to the skillet. Turn when the tops are bubbling, after 1-2 minutes. Cook on the other side for another minute until cooked through. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
